It is always a great success when I order anything from Pet Drugs Online. I order over the telephone and the person taking the order is always pleasant and helpful. I do recommend them to all my pet owner friends. I am so glad I found them. Sometimes the phone line is very busy but this indicates this company's success.

Things ordered have not turned up.Important things like needles to admit insulin.Also problems wit prescription that sent that was lost in system.Usually very good service but this has been stressful.

I phoned to place an order and the man I spoke to was very helpful about the questions I asked. I am very pleased with my experience on the phone.

Everyone is very pleasant to deal with although the wait times for calls has increased significantly which is proving time consuming.
Additionally, we order medication for despatch to a number of different people. We are finding that the order is correct and the despatch address but the name of the recipient is wrong. It seems the last one on file is used rather than the correct one for the address given. We have mentioned this previously and are disappointed the error is continuing. It does cause us hassle as we have to contact the recipient and tell them to accept the package even though not addressed to them

Always seem to have some trouble each month getting in touch with petdrugsonline to re-order medication for my cat. Once contact has been made medication is sent out promptly.

The service as usual was excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly staff. I recommend this company to everyone. Reliable, honest, trustworthy and even better exceptional value for money.

Just the best, a long wait for phone to be answered but then we were rung back, no wonder you are so busy, we are in our 80's and are so grateful, amazing prices, 1st class service, and most important
to us we can still speak to a human being!.

Not top score this time ! Was on hold 4 times for at least 15 minutes. Did use the ring back service when offered as it said I wouldn’t lose my space in the queue, ring back came after an hour . Efficient service when I did speak to an advisor.

The Customer Service lady couldn't have been more helpful when I was unable to download my prescription. We got there eventually. Thank you so much.

Very bad phoned 5 days every day still no joy re send password reset can't access my prescription now so have to phone to get them same old story it problem s as soon as my prescription finishes will be on the move
